Payment Due
Payment is required in full at the time of order. An invoice will be sent as soon as your order is confirmed.

Refunds

  • 6+ days before your event: full refund

  • 2–5 days before your event: 50% refund

  • Within 1 day of your event: 25% refund

Cottage Food Law
Howdy! Cookie Co. is a home-based bakery operating under the Texas Cottage Food Law (Texas Health and Safety Code, Chapter 437), registered with the Texas Department of State Health Services (License #20822). This means our kitchen is not inspected or licensed by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department. We take every care to maintain clean, sanitary conditions, but please note our kitchen is not nut-free, egg-free, dairy-free, or gluten-free (with the exception of select gluten-free options where noted).

Delivery & Pickup
Free local pickup is available in Wylie or at Lifetime Garland. Local door-to-door delivery is available within a 25-mile radius of Wylie, TX (75098). Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your zip code across three pricing tiers ($5, $10, or $15).

College Station delivery is available exclusively on select travel days. You must check our Availability Calendar before checking out to verify we are traveling during your event window. College Station deliveries to The Quad are included in the travel delivery fee; all other College Station drop-off locations are to be determined and will be coordinated 2–3 days prior to travel.

We recommend scheduling your delivery or pickup for the day before your event. Deliveries typically go out between 11 AM and 1 PM, and local pickup is available after 2 PM. We’ll reach out via email or text and let you know your order is on it’s way or available for pickup.

Inspiration Photos
If you send us inspiration photos by email or message, thank you! We'll do our best to bring your vision to life, but please know your cookie cake may not be an exact replica.

Price Adjustments
All prices are subject to change based on ingredient costs. We're unable to honor previous pricing once rates update.

Product Photography
We photograph our cookie cakes to share on our website and social media. If you'd prefer your order not be featured, just let us know at the time of ordering.

Copyright & Character Cakes
We do not decorate character cakes or replicate copyrighted designs (think Disney, Marvel, sports logos). We're happy to work with similar colors, themes, or styles instead, just ask!

After Pickup or Delivery
Once your order has been picked up or delivered, proper care is in your hands. Here's how to keep your cookie cake tasting its best:

  • Store at room temperature for up to 2 days.

  • Avoid direct sunlight and heat, both will melt the buttercream.

  • We don't recommend refrigerating your cookie cake, it can dry out the cookie. If you do need to refrigerate, let it come back to room temperature before serving.

  • Transporting your cake? Keep it flat and out of direct sun, a floorboard with the AC on works well for short trips.

  • Have leftovers? Freeze in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature before serving.

By submitting payment, you agree to the terms outlined above and confirm your order for the agreed-upon pickup or delivery date.
